55 Burns Hill Road
We closed the B&B??in mid-2004, as per an order from the Town of Wilton. While we maintain that the order was illegal, the order was in writing and they refused to communicate with us further, even refusing to respond to written inquiries from our attorney. Thus, we concluded we had no choice but to cease operations. The harsh financial realities led to the sale of the property and all of its furnishings.
The property was sold in August 2004 and is being used as a private residence. We are leaving these pages up as a testimony to the establishment we built and ran for several years.
We thank everyone who stayed with us over the years.
We are not accepting any more reservations.
The owner brought a unique perspective to the house.?? Since Tony has traveled throughout the world and stayed in some of the very best hotels, guest houses, inns and B&Bs, it was his goal to make sure that this B&B was a place he would be happy staying.?? But first and foremost, this is his home. While there are antique furnishings, hand made Bradbury and Bradbury wallpaper, and china service, they are presented in a warm and inviting circumstance, allowing guests to know they are truly welcome.
